The Duquesne Business Law Journal welcomes and encourages submissions from those with a serious interest in the intersection between business and the law. Past articles have been authored by practicing attorneys, business professionals, professors of law and business, and law students.
Articles submitted for consideration should be in Microsoft Word format, and should be double-spaced. Though the Business Law Journal does not require an article to be a minimum number of pages, the editors ask that all articles be well thought-out and articulate. Additionally, all citations must conform to the Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010). Articles written using a citation style other than the Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010) must be converted during the editing process.
Authors interested in being considered for publication in the Duquesne Business Law Journal may submit their articles through Expresso. Submissions may also be sent via email to email@example.com.
In addition to the manuscript for consideration, we also require the following information from the author:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Contact information
- Any and all other materials relevant for consideration
Authors should also advise if any portion of the submitted manuscript has been previously published.
Any other inquiries regarding submissions may be directed to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
