What I Did On My Summer Vacation:
Exploring Employment Options and Opportunities for Law Students After the Semester Ends
Hosted by K&L Gates LLP and PNC
Wednesday, March 30
210 Sixth Avenue
Pittsburgh, PA 15222-2613
Finals are quickly approaching, and the semester will soon draw to a close. Perhaps you’ve already lined up a summer opportunity, perhaps you’re still looking or trying to determine how you’d like to spend the next few months, or perhaps you’ve already begun to think about how you’d like to spend next summer.
Regardless of where you are in the process or what your preferences may be, join us for a panel discussion to explore summer employment options and opportunities for law students. Our panelists will discuss their experiences and what law students can expect spending their summer working for a law firm, corporation or pro bono agency, or clerking for a judge.
Our panelists include:
• Alicia Powell, Chief Counsel, PNC
• Nicholas Ranjan, Partner, K&L Gates
• Sara J. Rose, Staff Attorney, ACLU of Pennsylvania
• Lisa Stauffer, Senior Counsel, PNC
The panel will be moderated by Valerie A. Jackson. A cocktail reception will follow for all participants. We hope you can join us.
Professional attire required.
